Tiffany McBride is not your average healer. She’s a doctor of shamanic psycho-spiritual studies, a licensed psychotherapist turned mystic, and a four-time bestselling author who blends clinical expertise with ancient wisdom. For over two decades, she’s walked the liminal spaces between worlds—bridging science and spirit, shadow and light, trauma and transformation.

Tiffany holds thousands of hours of training in trauma recovery, somatic therapy, expressive arts, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Reiki, and psychedelic facilitation. She has served as a music leader, a therapist for youth in crisis, a grief doula, a death doula, and a guide through birth and rebirth alike.
